How to Install kwave software package in Debian 8 (Jessie)

kwave software package provides sound editor for KDE, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install kwave

kwave is installed in your system.

Make ensure the kwave package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kwave *

You will get with kwave package name, version, architecture and description in a table
